Port Restrictions
1、no performance for quarantine by cable in nanjing port. it should be hoisting "q" flag on daylight or hoisting 3 red lights on nighttime which be from abroad as quarantine signal till free pratique
2、The crew should keep voucher of shopping for presentation to the guard as he retums vessel.
3、The following performances could only be conducted when valid permit issued by MSA officers:Main engine reparation,Load line Painting,Working with exposed fire,Lifeboat experiments,Deballasting,Disposing oily-water & sludge ETC.
4、Seal upon some food onboard the vessel,enforced by CIQ upon vessel’s arrival should not be opened during vessel’s staying at the port.
5、Not to get on/off the vessel or discharge/load cargo before entry formalities being conducted,nor exit clearance being completed.
6、No illegal trading with barges when staying at the anchorage.
7、Not to be over drunk or go whoring while staying ashore.
8、provision to be supplied by licensed shipchandler and prohibited to purchase by ship
9、Our boarding officer to be consulted if necessary.
